  • Do we offer roommate matching?

    At this time, we do not offer roommate matching. 

  • How long are the leases?

    Our leases are based off the academic school year so they start on August 12th and run through July 27th of the following year.

  • How can we pay rent?

    Rent can using the online portal system. It is called: Online Portal by AppFolio.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do allow your furry friends! We have a few restrictions, though. For dogs they must be at least a year of age and UNDER 80 lbs. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300, and $25 a month pet rent. If you are living with a roommate, make sure they are willing to sign for the pet. We only accept a certain number of pets each year. Please seek approval when you sign your lease to guarantee your pet's spot.

  • What makes The French Quarter unique?

    We are built after the beautiful French Quarter of New Orleans. Our townhome style apartments are sure to impress. With a wide variety of amenities, residents are sure to enjoy time by the pool relaxing, or using our student lounge to study for upcoming tests. When breakfast or lunch time arrives, Cafe Too will gladly your cravings, and while they are open be sure to grab a complimentary coffee or even some popcorn!

  • Do you have a club house?

    Our student lounge, called The Stop, is a great place to relax and enjoy the company of friends, or study for your upcoming test. The Stop offers free WiFi, and our computers and printers are available for all residents to use. We also lend residents the space to host friends and family. Need a place to host a graduation party? Just contact our office!

  • How does mail delivery work?

    Every apartment has a personal mail box in our mail room located in the center of our property. Mail to residents should be addressed with apartment number included in the street address. If mail is too big for your mail box, the package will be delivered to the front office and you will be contacted!

  • What utilities are included?

    Utilities Included:

    • Wireless High Speed Internet
    • Water
    • Garbage
    • Cable
    • Pest Control

    *Studio apartments have electricity included

  • Do you have a pool?

    We certainly do! Our pool is cleaned via a salt solution, so it is much easier on the skin and eyes than traditional chlorine. We hope you enjoy this on hot summer days either in the water or relaxing on our beautiful deck, all while listening to popular music to drown out your worries.

  • How does parking work?

    Every resident will be issued one parking decal that will be placed in their car. This allows them to park anywhere inside the complex without worries of being towed. Our towing hours start at 11 p.m. After 11 p.m. we ask all guests to move their cars to visitor parking on the Donahue entrance. 

  • Do you offer tours?

    Our leasing agents are always glad to take you through a model of all of our apartment styles, as well as walk you around the complex to get a feel for life in The  French Quarter. Tours can be scheduled in advance. Our scheduling hours are: Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm.


  • Do you have community events?

    Our residents here at the French Quarter are our number one priority! Being in a close knit community like this has never felt better! During the year we offer many events such as:

    • Football Tailgates
    • Drives for the community (Beat Bama Food Drive, Toys for Tots, Christmas cards for local retirement home and COVID-19 patients in the hospital)
    • Free resident pizza, gumbo, sonic slushies, kona ice throughout the year
    • Food Truck visits
    • Halloween decorating contests.

    And many, many more!!
